Audititng
• Monitor and manage the Network/ Offshore team and operation support.
• Working closing with Project related work/FW upgrade / Hardware replacement.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/bi-weekly P1/P2 ticket reviews to provide current status to Management
• Attending Monthly MSR Operations Reviews in conjunction with the account team to review the support performance. Quarterly meetings may be scheduled to review overall performance and progress
• Prepare and deliver Root Cause Analysis on both technical and process issues.
• Provide software upgrade guidance by providing SW field experience and release schedule.
• Manage customer escalations and provide process training/review sessions to team
• Document and maintain customer information and educate other internal resources on the supported customer.
• Regularly scheduled conference calls to discuss the status of all current open cases, operational activity and updates on customer network projects and plans.
