Encryption Scheme using function and Using Merkle Damaged

Hi, I created an encryption scheme related to wireless sensors and integrated it into the IoT for data collection. When collected data gets transmitted from the sensor node to the server, it is stolen or altered by various intruders, which may cause a lack of security. To address this issue, I create the encryption scheme. Right now, I want a guy who can help me to do the regression function, analyzes the input data, and is categorized it into classes based on the kernel’s basis function. I mean (Data collection) and (Data classification). Also, apply it to my algorithm. The work is cryptography and theory.

So, I don't need coding or implementation. The work is theory and proof. Also, you should be a researcher and know the cryptography field. Therefore, I don't want you to come and waste my time if you don't really know what I am saying here. I will attach an abstract and problem statement to show you the problem I am trying to address here.
