Design and Development of an Offline Tracking System for School Internet Infrastructure

We are in need of an experienced and capable developer to create a comprehensive offline tracking system for the internet infrastructure across our schools. We are experiencing intermittent offline issues and require a system that allows us to accurately identify whether the root cause of these issues is the system itself, the router, or the internet service provider (ISP).
Objectives:
1. Comprehensive Monitoring: The system should be able to monitor the status of various components such as computers, routers, and ISP connectivity in real-time.
2. Failure Diagnosis: The system should be able to identify the point of failure when the system goes offline. It should discern whether the issue is due to the internal system (i.e., the computers or network devices in the school), the router, or the internet service provider.
3. Alerts & Reports: The system should alert designated personnel via email or SMS when an outage is detected. It should also generate detailed reports specifying the time, duration, and suspected cause of the outage.
4. User-friendly Interface: A clear and intuitive dashboard for tracking status, reviewing reports, and managing alert settings.
