Defeat Ethereum Sweeper on Metamask

I got hacked somehow and had some coins stolen from my MetaMask wallet and transferred to the hackers wallet. I think it was malware from my PC after I got Malware Bytes to inspect it but I don't want to risk it so I found this article that seems to pretty much layout the best scenario for ensuring the remaining funds do not reach the hacker. I have 2 token balances left due to being on a staking contracts and am looking for someone to follow the instructions in the link below to return my funds to a new wallet that I created. Please also propose how you could securely perform this option as I of course don't want to get robbed. Thank you
