DMCA adult content

I own an adult site which thousands of criminal sites are stealing from. Many refuse to remove the content they stole from me and continue to make money selling my property. I would love to hire someone full-time to take care of my DMCA problem but most on these freelancer sites are liars and cheats and therefore impossible to work with this way. You seem to only be able to work on one particular job for a given price and completely unable to work by the hour. So I may hire someone to go after a site and it's server after they steal from me and refuse to remove the stolen content. I'm looking for Blackhat work destroying these criminal online entities. I will pay when a criminal site is down.
