I need someone with a deep understanding of cybersecurity to critically discuss its principles and procedures, with special focus on network security, data encryption, and malware protection.

The objective of this project is twofold:

- Identify vulnerabilities and risks tied to these areas of cybersecurity.
- Develop preventive and/or mitigative strategies against potential breaches.

The task requires an individual with substantial knowledge and expertise in the following areas:

- Data encryption
- Malware protection
