Cyber Security Trainer - Mentor

I need real life scenarios to work on and build practical knowledge. If you can transit your knowledge to a junior who is planning on building knowledge as a cyber security consultant please bid. Basically the IT knowledge is there and i need someone to train me on perhaps splunk, ping identity, nessus, alienvault, cyberArk, nmap and other risk management and vulnerability discovery and mitigation steps.
