Cyber Security Specialist

I have been contacted by a fake number for the last couple of months. I am not sure as to whether or not this person has a vpn within whatever app they are using. All that I have is the fake number that they’re using. I don’t have any further information. I tried using intelius but it didn’t say much . I would like to see if anyone could track down an ip address or a name based off of this limited information. Payment will not be made until either an address or name has been provided.
