I am in need of a crypto expert that can assist me in implementing encryption, decryption, and hashing principles to my project.

About the Project:
- Specific cryptographic services required include Encryption, Decryption, and Hashing.
- I believe understanding the balance between security and performance is vital, as we wouldn't want to sacrifice one for the other.
- The main platforms for applying these services need to run on HackerRank.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable knowledge on encryption, decryption and hashing principles.
- Prior experience in implementing cryptographic services on web-based platforms and HackerRank.
- Medium to high understanding of cyber security principles.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
