IT Contractor

I am a CPD business with 10 staff, we are mostly independent on day to day IT issue.
We are looking for someone to attend site to assist us in ongoing IT best practice.
Experience in:
• Managing Windows Active Directory
• Managing Group Policies
• Thorough understanding of DNS
• Understanding of basic IIS and FTP management
• Familiarity with VPN setup and technologies
• Comfortable with Fortigate firewalls, or equivalent general firewall understanding
• Understanding of, and ability to implement, basic network concepts: patching, VLANs, and routing (full OSI model understanding preferred)
• Office 365 experience, and understanding of email systems in general
• Experienced Hyper-V Cluster administrator
• Experience with Veeam Backup Technology and CDP over the WAN
• Familiarity with Fibre WAN technologies
• Understanding of requirements around protecting large datasets
• Experience and familiarity with DFS-R and DFS-N
• Understanding of modern security principles
• Ability to see the bigger picture and work all elements toward a cohesive solution
• Management of UniFi Wi-Fi or similar systems
• Sound troubleshooting procedures for servers, networks, and workstations
• Able to manage and liaise with vendors
• Comfortable with everything from basic helpdesk requests to more complex projects
