The consultant will be responsible for advising our clients on how to use IT to meet their business objectives effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assessing client IT needs and developing strategic plans to address them
Implementing IT systems and solutions, including cloud services and cybersecurity measures
Providing guidance on IT infrastructure, software, and hardware selection
Troubleshooting IT issues and providing technical support
Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations
Training client staff on new IT systems and best practices
Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role
In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar
Experience with IT project management
