Dear Freelancer,
the green lines of example.pdf fit a piece of an ellipse.
The data for the lines is given by line.csv.
The ids of the lines in green are 6,8,12,13,15,16,18, and 19.
There are many cases like example.pdf and I would like for you to come up with an algorithm that identifies the lines that fit parts of an ellipse.
Furthermore, I want you to identify lines (in blue, id = 10,17) that intersect with the partly visible ellipse.
