Design of dual-band microstrip antenna by Taguchi’s method

I am a student that needs help with implementing the taguchi method for a U-slot patch antenna. The implementation platform is Python and the simulation software used, is CST microwave studio. I have to integrate the two software's together. I have to code everything from first principles, meaning i can only use libraries such as matplotlib, numpy, math etc. The impedance bandwidth of 3.55 to 3.74 GHz and 5.10 to 5.40 GHz with center frequencies at 3.65 GHz and 5.25 GHz will be observed. I am only given the dielectric constant of 3.38 and a substrate thickness of 32mil.
