Building a chat system , first using centralized architecture and then with a peer to peer architecture

The project is about building a chat system and I need it within 2 weeks complete project and in within one week I need milestone 1 report which I will include in the below file...and I also need an extra feature which will be included in the project..extra feature can be small r medium .
