Applying Reinforcement Learning in ns3 Environment

The project is to build a reinforcement learning model for proactive caching in the base station for 5G networks. We need to build a simulator in ns3 with base stations and user equipment based on 5G networks and build the memory cache in the base station and show the hit ratio for the base station and connect that to a reinforcement learning model to predict the incoming requests based on the current request.
