online pc / remote support

I am looking for a freelancer to provide online/remote software installation services for MAC / WINDOWS systems along with fast troubleshooting and solving of whole issues on personal and domain pc (expected 25 -50 Calls / Month and quote monhtly charges or / support). I am looking for someone with experience in this area, who can provide evidence of their past work. I don't require a detailed project proposal, but I need the successful freelancer to describe their experiences and examples of relevant previous projects.
