fix home computer problem

I need help fixing an issue with my home computer. The specific issue seems to be that I'm having trouble copying documents but not emails from my Apple laptop to my new HP printer. There is a specific error message (sideways lightning bolt) that says it is a connection (not pause) error. This occurs when printing from Apple laptop but not LG gram laptop. I'm looking for someone who can help me fix this issue today or tomorrow to get my printer working properly, so it prints documents sent from Apple laptop.
