Take down/close a website

There is a website that is engaging in fraudulent behavior that scams students out of money under the guise of hiring tutors. However, now real work is being done (this I know from experience). I don't want students getting harmed and fall for this trap. Not to mention that hiring essay writer is unethical. I want this site taken down for these reasons.
