I'm looking for an IT support trainer to conduct training sessions for a group of 1-10 participants. Our audience is composed of completely new beginners in the field of IT support.
The ideal candidate should be able to teach the following topics:
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Software installation and configuration
- Network troubleshooting
Most of the participants are new to IT support, so the training should be very clear and beginner-friendly. The trainer should be able to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
Key skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT support concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to beginners
- Experience with training or teaching, preferably in IT support
- Patience and understanding for beginners in the field
