Problems with Misrosoft Outlook account

Hi, I need someone to log into my PC and fix the bugs that prevent my outlook to work properly.

I am attaching the screenshots of the messages that I am getting. Also, it takes the Outlook ages to start and load all new emails every time I start my PC in a morning.
