Make four computers function as one

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me make four computers function as one. All four computers are running on Windows, and the primary purpose of this project is to get increased processing power. I don't need this done urgently, so it's a low priority task for me. I need somebody with technical experience in this area who can complete this project to a high standard.
