Junior Technician
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
I'm looking for a Junior Technician to join my team. This is an entry-level role with a focus on a variety of IT tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and process incidents/service requests.
• Monitor IT systems.
• Investigate and diagnose incidents.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
Ideal Candidate:
• Has a post-secondary education (minimum 2 years).
• Possesses basic IT support skills.
• Is capable of participating in multilingual meetings, working in a team, and is a self-starter.
• Has a B2 level proficiency in English (CEFR).
• Has a minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
Please note, specific focus areas and additional skills/tools will be discussed during the interview. Multilingual capability is currently not a priority but could be beneficial.
