Indoor Event Live Stream Setup

I'm in need of a professional who can help set up a reliable live stream system for my events.
- Purpose: The primary goal of this setup is to broadcast indoor events.
- Expected Viewers: I'm expecting a smaller audience of less than 100 concurrent viewers.

Basically, I want to stream and/or record at my karaoke bar. I have three 4K PTZ cameras (Tenveo), I have a controller that is by the same company (Tenveo) and then a video switcher that is small. The video switcher is by (OSEE). I am having issues getting the PTZ cameras to communicate with the controller. I really think that all I need is help getting that issue resolved. Thank you!
