IT Assistance

We are starting to hire an additional 2 - 3 employees and will need assistance with setting up their computers (we have only basic IT knowledge) - Will need to upgrade our Microsoft Account, make sure all the computers have full Microsoft Package installed - set up new e-mail addresses for them (with our website name... i.e. michael@neilelectrics. com - we don't have this at present (only use hotmail.com). Ensure there is a antivirus installed and potentially be of service for any IT issues faced in the future. We currently use onedrive - will need a shared cloud account which they can upload files to, rather than storing locally on the computer. We don't have any server etc. as we are only a small company.

Looking for more ideas / advice moving forward.
