After I Factory Reset my PC, it has completely slowed down and is not functioning

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help me with an issue I'm having with my PC. I recently factory reset it and reinstalled windows from the cloud, but since then it's gone from working really well to barely functioning. I'm using a Windows operating system and I did make some changes before the slowdown occurred - I factory reset then reinstalled Windows from the cloud. Could you please help me figure out why my PC has slowed down? This is a pressing issue for me and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!
