inserting doors into JPEG photo so windows

I am seeking to insert doors digitally into the attached photos. replacing the windows with doors. removing the bricks from under the windows and removing the blinds from above the window and inserting french double doors in the larger wide window and a similar single door into the narrower window. Not sure what budget to put on this. let me know your charges.
