Video GAN Coder/Engineer

I am an artist and film maker who creates imagery for feature films, brands and documentaries. My work is abstract and often conveys impossible to film concepts.
I am looking for a coder or computer engineer with experience in GANs. I have a large archive of still and moving imagery that I want to use to train a GAN and then to get it to create imagery based on what it has learnt. I also then want the ability to adjust parameters to be able to change or guide the imagery.
Beyond the initial work, I am keen to build an ongoing working relationship or even a collaboration. I have a number of projects in development and there is some exciting potential for the right person.
There is a lot of flexibility in the price depending on how we work and what we set out to achieve.
