I need to re-create a 2D image manipulation using Cairo Graphics.

What you see there is image rotation / distortion / matrix / shadowing, etc.
I am looking for somebody who can re-create this exactely like that using Cairo Graphics. It does not matter much which programming language you use. I can edit your code and use it in my programming language later.
