Reproduce and polish this logo

I made a basic raster logo and would like it to be redone more professionally in a few sizes and versions. I need one I can use use as a document header (large size) and a couple for web use. I need a transparent background one for web use also. There's a vertical logo, and a horizontal one. See the attached picture. I just need some professional looking logos made from my amateur ones.
