Overclocking laptops help for crypto mining on Nicehash

I have two identical laptops running RTX 3080 using nicehash for mining. They are pushing 48 mh/s but the system won't let me push the GPU past 300mhz for some reason. I think there is a lot of room to overclock but I don't know how. Running it at this it's only around 70 Celsius so it's not even close to too hot.

Your job is to log on team viewer and overclock to the highest level that won't burn my GPUs out.
