Make a Proof-of-Concept Short Film -- 2

I have written a children's fantasy feature length script I hope to someday have made into a major movie production called "Sylvie and the Wogglebug." I am interested in making a proof-of-concept short film from about 10 minutes of the script from the scene in which Sylvie meets the Wogglebug and he tells her the story of his origins in flashback. I want this short film to be live action with the Wogglebug character being CGI. I have a 3D model of the Wogglebug. Sylvie is meant to be a little girl of at least seven-years-old. And the Wogglebug's origin story takes place in a schoolroom while his meeting with Sylvie takes place in a forest clearing.
