Create a product render (a voucher / ticket) with a background banner and infographic - see EXAMPLE

We are launching a fitness voucher (ticket) inside of our supplement bottles. See excel doc for layout.
This voucher will look great and is high quality.
I need a product render of the voucher created, with a banner background and infographic detail. See example attached.
The ticket needs to look super-realistic, and awesome.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
- You must speak perfect (PERFECT) English
- 1ST milestone only released once I have proof of grey version render with lighting
- You need to have completed SIMILAR previous 5 star projects
- you have 24 hours to complete this project, absolutely no more than that. This is a time sensitive micro-project.
