CGI of Warehouse conversion
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are looking for a CGI of a warehouse conversion (external only).
We are currently converting a warehouse into two residential units. We have had CGI's produced previously but as this has been a process over 5 years, we would like to have new CGI's produced as our design ideas have changed. Plus we would like to see the property at different angles too.
The main design change is the direction of the external cladding. We are looking to change this from horizontal in all areas to vertical on the east and west elevations to enhance the large window feature we will have on each side. The properties are mirrored, so will look the same externally.
Our challenge is deciding what colour and profile type (thin, thick or a mixture of sizes) we would like the cladding to be, so ideally we would like to see three different options for this if possible, in order to help us make a choice.
1. Scottish larch cladding (light) thin profile of cladding
2. Cedar cladding (thin profile)
3. Shou- Sugi Ban / or Painted black cladding
I can provide all other design details if required (ie Window and roof colour along with a preferred rain water system colour (drain pipes etc), later on.
With all this in mind, I'm interested to get a quote for the following:
1. To show the property face on
2. To show the east elevation
3. To show the West elevation
4. To show the back
I have attached a site plan for your reference but will look forward to hearing back with any questions.
Many thanks,
Susie
