CGI Images street before to after

Looking for someone who can do four streets in the same style as attached. Will be provided clear instructions of what is wanted for the street. Will want a video version, image version and juxtapose version as per the attached too. Looking to get this done for the file attached 'Park Road 2 - St Annes'. Will need to be able to remove the google maps markings. Will need to follow instructions on what is being asked for in the 'after image'. Will need to produce in style as close matched to the Belvidere Street example as possible. If the job is great, then there are three more streets to do.
