Wind speed CFD

A piece falls and pushes the air down while sucking in the air above. Outside the box, a suction is created along with an air push. What weight is required in the center of the box to achieve a wind speed of at least 3m/s? Ideally, the wind should follow the box as closely as possible from bottom to top.
