Wind Tunnel CFD Meshing -- 2
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I need a regular, high-quality CFD mesh for a straight-through wind-tunnel test section that holds only simple shapes (cubes, spheres, and the like). Everything must be built directly in ANSA from BETA CAE, with no substitutions—this is the software I will carry through to the rest of the study.
Scope
• Create a structured or otherwise uniform mesh across the full tunnel length, including inlet, test section, and outlet.
• Eliminate negative volumes and keep skewness and aspect ratio within commonly accepted limits.
• Balance cell count so the mesh resolves wakes yet still runs comfortably on a standard workstation.
Deliverables
• Native ANSA project file (.ansa)
• Exported solver file (.msh or equivalent) ready to load into Fluent
• Short note (one or two paragraphs) summarizing cell count, key quality metrics, and any blocking or sizing strategy you used
That’s all that’s needed—generate, check, and hand over the mesh so I can move straight into the flow-solver phase.
