Please use the following bullet points as the guidelines for the report:
1. Your report (Body of the Report) must not exceed 15 pages plus maximum two additional pages for the List of Reference. So total pages must not exceed 17. You must have a Title Page as well (not included in the 17-page limit).
2. Please use Times New Roman Font 12 and line spacing of 1.5 with page margin of 1 inch all around. This MS Word file has the format that you will need to use for your report.
3. Figures and tables must be clean and properly formatted. It is a good practice that you draw the sketches using AutoCAD or other CAD program rather than copying from elsewhere. They must have proper references even if you are redrawing them.
4. You can use any technical papers that you found from your literature search using Leddy Library Journal search tool and various textbooks. You must use appropriate reference style in the Body of the Report and they must correspond to the List of References.
5. Please use simple wording and sentences so that civil engineers like you and us are able to understand the content of your report. It is not acceptable that you copy the sentences from other sources and paste them on your report.

Your report (Body of the Report) must start with an Abstract (maximum is half of a page in 17-page limit) and must end with the Summary and Conclusions (maximum is one page in 17-pge limit).
