Multiphase CFD Flow Simulation -- 2

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a detailed CFD study focused on fluid-flow behaviour in a multiphase regime. The primary phase of interest is air; I will share the CAD geometry and operating conditions once we start.

Scope
• Build and validate a clean mesh that captures key flow features without excessive cell count.
• Set up a multiphase model (air + secondary phase if required) and run steady- or transient-state simulations until residuals drop below 1 × 10⁻⁵ and key monitors stabilise.
• Extract velocity, pressure, and volume-fraction fields, plus any regions of recirculation or phase separation that could affect performance.

Deliverables
1. Solver files and case/data (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or similar) ready for re-run.
2. A concise PDF report containing:
– Mesh statistics and independence check
– Boundary conditions, models, and assumptions
– Plots of convergence, velocity vectors, pressure contours, and phase distribution
– Design insights and improvement suggestions
3. High-resolution images or short animations suitable for presentation.
