Molecule Diffusion Simulation from Titanium Nanotube

I'm looking for a skilled professional to help me with a simulation project. I need to simulate the diffusion of a molecule which is eluted from a titaniun nanotube to the surrounding liquid environment. The aim is to determine the elution time of the molecule.
I'll give later all the details of the geometry (which is very simple) and the details of concentration of the chemical species
