DualSPHysics Simulation Setup

I need assistance in setting up a simulation in DualSPHysics of a water-filled cylinder rotating around an axis. I already have the geometry created and saved as an .stl file.

MAYBE OPEN TO SETTING UP AND COMPLETING A SIMULATION IN OPENFOAM / MATLAB / COMSOL etc

Requirements:
- Simulate with fixed boundaries
- Analyze rotational force
- Use Newtonian fluid properties

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in DualSPHysics
- Experience with CFD/FSI simulations
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics and boundary conditions
- Familiarity with .stl file integration
