Composite Wing Aeroelasticity Simulation using ANSYS Fluent, Mechanical, and System Coupling

Job ID: 40024953

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I require a freelancer with experience in ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Mechanical, and Fluid–Structure Interaction (FSI) to complete Task 2 of an aeroelasticity coursework project. The work involves setting up a CFD model, structural model, and performing two-way FSI using the AGARD 445.6 composite wing geometry.
This task follows a predefined procedure (based on instructional material), but I need someone who can execute it accurately, efficiently, and troubleshoot any convergence issues. Serial No.: 034
The entire project must be completed within 5 days.
Required Deliverables
The freelancer must provide:
1. Completed ANSYS Workbench Project
Including:
-Geometry
-Meshing (Fluid + Structural domains)
-Fluent setup & solved CFD case
-Mechanical setup & structural model
-System Coupling setup
-Successfully converged two-way FSI simulation
2. Aerodynamic Post-Processing
Plots of pressure coefficient (Cp) at spanwise locations:
- y/b = 0
- y/b = 0.25
- y/b = 0.5
- y/b = 0.625
- y/b = 0.9
Each plot should show Cp vs chordwise x/c.
3. Mesh Convergence Study
Three fluid meshes:
-Coarse
-Medium
-Fine
Demonstrate mesh independence for:
-Cp distributions
-Pressure fields
-Aerodynamic loads
4. Final Output Files
-Workbench archive (.wbpz or zipped project folder)
-Extracted Cp data (CSV or TXT)
-Final figures (PNG/JPG/SVG)
-Any scripts/macros used
Note: It is only Task 2 from the project report that needs to be done
