Airflow Calculations and Simulations for Furnace Feed Preparation Hood

We seek a subcontractor to perform CFD airflow calculations and simulations for a furnace feed preparation hood, including dust particle modeling (parameters provided). Video footage of the process will be available.
Inside the hood, feed is mixed with a front-end loader (2 m³ bucket). The aim is to balance dust capture with ventilation efficiency, preventing both dust loss and emissions outside the hood.
This industrial installation has duct velocities of 8–14 m/s. Each simulation should include 3–4 velocity scenarios. The first run will be a baseline, followed by feedback, possible hood redesign, and a second simulation.
Final Objective: Optimize both hood construction and extraction ductwork.
Requirements:

• Heavy industry background preferred
