ANSYS 3D Turbulent CFD Mesh
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a 3-dimensional model that will be evaluated under turbulent flow conditions, and I need a clean, high-quality mesh prepared in ANSYS Workbench. The mesh must be fine enough to capture boundary-layer behaviour without driving cell counts to impractical levels, as it will be fed directly into a full CFD solver later.
What I will supply
• The native CAD file (SOLIDWORKS) .
What I need back
• The complete ANSYS Mechanical/Fluent mesh file (.msh or Workbench project) ready to run.
• A short note outlining element count, y+ target, inflation layers used, and any local refinements you added for anticipated high-gradient regions.
Acceptance criteria
1. Mesh conforms with best practices for turbulent flow in 3D, including inflation layers near walls.
2. No negative volumes or skewness above recommended limits; quality metrics reported.
3. File opens error-free in ANSYS 2024 R1.
If you have experience generating CFD-grade meshes for complex geometries and can turn this around quickly, I’m ready to start immediately and will respond promptly to any questions on the geometry or flow parameters.
