I need a product compliance expert

We import various products from China to the UK/EU, mainly toys, craft items and lighting and we are a little unsure on which directives we should be testing against. We already have lots of test files, however I'm looking for gaps. So what I'm looking to be able to do is show a link of a product from our website and be told what I should be putting in my Declaration of Conformity and more importantly which tests do I require for said product.

This would be an ongoing job where would like to be able to query someone from time to time, that we eventually would get to know on random questions all to do with product compliance.
