I need help with saviynt platform to take care of the pending tickets

I am seeking assistance to take care of pending tickets on Saviynt Platform. I need help with configuring user access. There is no strict timeline for resolving these tickets, so I'm open to a range of solutions. I currently have between 10 and 20 pending tickets that need to be taken care of.
