WorldFirst Business Account Setup – KYC/AML Compliance Support

I've recently incorporated a UK-registered Ltd company. I'm the sole director and shareholder, but I'm based outside the UK (non-UK resident), and WorldFirst is not letting me complete business account verification.

I'm looking for someone who has successfully guided similar companies (UK Ltd, non-resident director) through WorldFirst's KYC/AML process — someone who knows exactly which documents, wording, and submission sequence their compliance team expects.

Scope: This project is limited to account setup and verification only. Once the account is approved, I'll handle day-to-day management myself.

Business context: The company runs an e-commerce store (Shopify) selling physical health products to US/UK customers. Happy to share more details if relevant to the compliance documentation required.

Deliverables:
- A clear checklist of documents/screenshots required for a UK Ltd with a non-UK resident director
- Hands-on guidance while I upload and submit everything through the WorldFirst dashboard
- Templated or reviewed emails for any follow-up questions from WorldFirst's compliance team
- Final confirmation: account status shows "Verified" and can receive funds

Nice to have (not required for this project): experience with currency exchange setup or payment integration, useful for future work.

Acceptance criterion: WorldFirst business account fully verified and operational.
