Vietnam Seafood Export Paperwork

Job ID: 40330380

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I operate a seafood company that ships product out of Ho Chi Minh City and I need a Vietnamese-based agent to take charge of the official export documentation. Your main task is to file every form required by the competent authorities and make sure each one meets current export-compliance rules.

What I specifically need is hands-on help with the paperwork itself—obtaining the health and phytosanitary certificates from NAFIQAD, the Certificate of Origin (Form D or EUR.1 as appropriate) through VCCI, registering each shipment in the VNACCS single-window system, and confirming that every document lines up with the most recent Ministry of Industry & Trade regulations. Translation is already covered and I only need occasional guidance on local rules, so your focus can stay on submitting, stamping, and following up until approval.

Key deliverables
• Complete, officially accepted set of export documents for each shipment (health certificate, C/O, bill of lading details, packing list, commercial invoice)
• Proof of compliance with current seafood export regulations at the time of filing
• Status updates from initial submission through final clearance

If you already work with freight forwarders or customs brokers, great—just let me know so we can streamline the hand-off. Timing is critical because the next container leaves in three weeks, so only apply if you can start right away and are comfortable dealing directly with the relevant departments in person or via the national e-portal.
