Vendor Registration with Global EPCs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My trading company specialises in the supply of pipes, fittings, flanges, valves and assorted mechanical-electrical items. The immediate goal is to secure approved-vendor status with a roster of tier-one EPC contractors—specifically TechnipFMC, Fluor Corporation, Technimont, DRA Global, Senet, Petro Rabigh, Subsea7 and any comparable majors that use similar qualification portals.
Current position
• Core documents in hand: our Business Registration Certificate and a detailed Product Catalog.
• Registration is required across North America, the Middle East, Europe and ultimately any region where these EPCs operate.
Scope of work
The assignment covers the full vendor-onboarding cycle: identifying each contractor’s portal (e.g. Ariba, SAP Vendor, Oracle iSupplier), organising any missing paperwork, completing online questionnaires, uploading evidence, responding to compliance queries and tracking each application through to final approval.
Key deliverables
• Completed submission package for every EPC listed above
• Confirmation e-mails or vendor codes proving acceptance into each database
• A simple tracker (Excel/Sheets) showing status, next actions and deadlines
Acceptance criteria
I will consider the job finished when every targeted EPC has issued either an “Approved” or “Qualified” notice—or when a clear road-map of outstanding items has been delivered for any still pending.
Clear, timely communication and familiarity with typical EPC qualification requirements are essential for success.
