Technical Bid Analysis & Monitoring

I participate in Government e Marketplace (GeM) custom bids and reverse auctions and want an expert to help me win more of them. Your first job is to scrutinise each bid’s technical section, pinpoint every compliance requirement, and tell me exactly where my current documentation is strong, weak, or missing. I am not asking for a financial review right now—only the technical criteria matter for this engagement.

Once the initial analysis is complete, I need you to keep an eye on my GeM dashboard every day. Whenever a new Custom Bid or RA appears that fits my business category, flag it, pull the technical specifications, and repeat the same gap-analysis routine so I can decide fast whether to proceed. Timely alerts and well-structured compliance matrices are critical because GeM windows are short.

Deliverables
• Detailed technical-compliance report for each live tender, including a pass/fail table and recommended document fixes
• Ongoing monitoring log that lists every relevant Custom Bid/RA you detect, with submission deadlines and quick-view risk notes
• Draft clarification questions or representation letters when the portal allows, so we can resolve any grey areas before final submission
• A concise summary email after each monitoring cycle highlighting high-priority opportunities

I already have GeM access and will supply my credentials in a secure channel along with past tender files. You should be comfortable navigating the portal, downloading bid documents, and preparing responses in standard GeM formats (PDF, XLS, or the template provided).
