Tariff Issue Negotiation

I'm seeking a legal expert to assist with negotiating a tariff issue with customs authorities. My Petition for Relief was denied for a shipment from China to the USA. My denial was received on July 11, 2025. My shipment was in transit from China PRIOR to April 5th. Initial payment for tariffs was issued at $9,627.00 (which I paid to the Custom Broker) - but then the shipment was RE-ASSESSED at $68,773.00. Please keep in mind that the cost of the goods for our customer in Cleveland was $47,317.00. We are a small business and do not have these funds.
